Native Child and Family Services of Toronto is proud to be opening our new Mino Bimaadiziwin (Living a Good Life) Healing and Prevention Centre, providing trauma-informed, culturally grounded wrap-around supports to address the needs of Indigenous children and families living in the GTA, delivered through a mix of new and existing programming such as our Mooka'am Clinic, Anti Human Trafficking Team, Case Management supports and the Tikinagan Mobile Pre and Post Natal Team.
Located at 185 Carlton Street, the Mino Bimaadiziwin Healing and Prevention Centre delivers essential services to Indigenous families, and has been operating in innovative ways throughout the course of the COVID 19 pandemic. We are excited to invite you to attend a Virtual Grand Opening Event on November 18, 2020 at 1pm where you can meet the dedicated staff, view a video walk-though of the new site, engage in ceremony, and listen to community members talk about their experiences with the teams.
